For example, I was having a convo and a man, influenced by media. I started throwing out the little weird pieces of evidence(Patric clothes changing, pat taking 30 min to go to a store 3 min away, Patrick flying to nyc, and Patrick confessing for Lindsay). Crickets after😭

She didn’t do it. She never “confessed”. Patrick lied repeatedly. He had a motive. His fingerprints were on the murder weapons. Lindsey’s were not.

In relation to the Lindsay Clancy trial, do people understand the standard of what “beyond a reasonable doubt“ means?

I don’t think they do. Regardless of what you feel or think about this trial, I personally do not believe there is evidence to convict her beyond a reasonable doubt.

The investigation by the police was botched.

They should have automatically assumed the husband was a potential culprit.

They did not do that.

I am shocked by that to be honest.
