@marina_uiux Have been an FTE, freelancer, and agency owner. All require learning different skills, which is part of what makes it all great.

@loves_pixels 100%. Dashboards are hard to get right. I see a lot of dashboards that have nice visuals but are full of pie charts—a sign the data viz and dashboard hasn’t been thought through. Pie charts are rarely the best way to display data. Visuals matter but they’re not everything.

@camjxrdan So right. It's always been a bad excuse IMO. Especially now though w/ ai and other tools—you can quickly get to something that feels real and helps you find work.
