@blader Similar thing happened to me. They expressed on teams that they appreciate everyone on the team and their efforts, then shortly after being terminated over a teams call with HR once I responded to my yearly review with mentions of depression and an extreme lack of appreciation.

That pixel art is a really skilled art, and deceptively hard. We really wanted to authentically recreate 16bit video game art from the 90s. we studied intro from that era and gave our selves the same limitations arts had back then.
