@fair_jobs From experience this should really be a paid position. Not only does it provide some accountability but it also gives a paid role in heritage - otherwise it becomes elitist, where only those rich enough not to need paying will do the role.

So I studied war art made about Bosnia, the Falklands and the gulf war. All this between 1980 and 1994. They weren't the only wars to happen and they were not the last, but it's still sad to see another country, more families torn apart by conflict.
