Dear @amazon why are you repeatedly telling this customer to return a book that has already been returned with evidence? Why is your customer service hanging up on this customer? Why are you lying to and being so aggressive?

Another broken book arrives today from @amazon / this is three torn book in two days. They are unwilling to send new books. They want me to continue to deliver books back to them. They comment on this public forum they desire to help and yet they do not contact me.

Returned one book. …. Now it’s asking me to wait two weeks before receiving my money back. I will be posting to all my followers this afternoon. This is insanity. You have no ethics. Stop sending your customers broken books.

Why don’t you package books in ways that makes them arrive safely? Do you care?
DM me direct corporate contact phone number and their email. Book after book are delivered badly damaged. Rude customer service, hanging up on customer. False emails sent to me, your service has derailed. You are not being respectful. No supervisor will ever take customer call.
