@ChrisWillx Working as editor in TV. We would get the master files from a distributor. Check them for compliance and re export them for broadcast. Usually master file is 5.1 audio, and we used to flatten it to stereo. It was a cost cutting exercise. Leads to poor audio

@hubermanlab Echinacea seems to have a drying effect with me. If you take a high quality supp when you feel it coming on. People say there's no evidence but always been a positive effect
