They didnt even made me feel that they were sorry for the inconvenience.

My partner ordered 2 Large drinks, 2 fries & 2 hotdogs. After checking the receipt, the cashier was only able to input the smaller cups. Even though they have provided all the inconveniece I was still asked to add for a large cup (understandable though).

After pressing the button for 10mins while no one is coming,I needed to go out again missing some parts of the movie. I went to the counter and asked for the order and they mentioned that they are about to prepare it.FOR AN HOUR? REALLY? DRINKS,HOTDOGS,FRIES?

The movie was 2 hours and 15-20mins. Afrer an hour the food has not arrived. I was really frustrated waiting for Drinks, Hotdogs and Fries FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. I was pressing the button multiple times for an attendant to come, but no one came.

While I understand the cinemas are full due to the good movies all at the same time, the waiting time in the line and the food we wanted are not availble is not the problem. I still went out calmly and bought some other snacks and went in 5-10mins late.

After waiting for 15mins when we reached the counter 80% of the snacks on the menu are unavailable. We ended up with ordering Fries and Hotdogs where we originally wanted Chicken Nuggets and Burgers - ALL OUT OF STOCK. While I understand the cinemas are...

So as what I have mentioned the movie starts at 6:15pm and we arrived at the Directors Club lounge at 5:50 to buy additional snacks and drinks.
The line was a bit long but tolerable and we have enough time. After waiting for 15mins...

We recently had a bad experience with @smcinema_moa.
We bought a ticket online for Masters of The Universe Directors Club 1 last June 6 for 6:15pm. Online process was good!
FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH AIR ASIA AND NAIA4
1. WE NEEDED TO UPDATE OUR FLIGHT AND HAVE BAGGAGE.
2. CONTACTED AIR ASIA CHAT SUPPORT BY 9PM. CONNECTED TO SUPPORT BY 11PM
3. AIR ASIA CHAT SUPPORT DOESNT REPLY AND LEFT THE CHAT
4. CONTACT NUMBER OF AIR ASIA DOES NOT ANSWER

9. GUARD AT THE NAIA T4 EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE DOES NOT HAVE PLANS TO HELP AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL
10. AIR ASIA STAFF PASSED BY AND ASSISTED US. WAS ABLE TO ASSIST US BUT VERY DISRESPECTFUL AS WELL
