I sell 3d art and propane accessories. Miami to LA transplant Cuban/Puerto Rican/Costa Rican/Greek. He/him. All opinions are mine or my alien parasite's.
First character ever after half a semester of 3d modeling, and the last character I finished outside of work. Clawing my way to doing character art full time 🥸

The single biggest difference between students who succeed at getting a job and people who never enter the industry is how much time they spend creating 3d projects.
I’ve never seen anyone who puts in only the assigned school work and gets a job out of university.
@nesskain For straps, I like to paint masks and extract geo with no thickness and low density. You can zremesh down to a single strip of polygons. This is MUCH easier to manipulate or edit with zModeler, and you can use Dynamic Subdivision to fake thickness and smoothe.
@nesskain This looks great! For the bracelets, you could try building it as its own tool, using a forearm for guidance but oriented to take advantage of symmetry, then add the whole bracelet sculpt back to the original as a sub tool that you can move and adjust with the gizmo deformers
Really is a tough call.
On one hand - every Nobel prize winning economist is adamantly stating that Harris has a significantly better economic plan
But on the other hand - the dumbest people I’ve ever interacted with say Trump is a good businessman
Quite the dilemma
@GeorgeCrudo The way these weirdos will say “limited understanding of POTENTIAL,” it’s like they can’t tell the difference between a marketing pitch and reality 😵💫 and we’re the luddites for not buying the bridges they have to sell us
