@AmericanAir Your delays from Lubbock caused us to miss our layover flight from Dallas and left us stranded in Dallas for 24 hours without hotel compensation and followed that up with delays from Dallas leaving us 5 mins to catch our connection to Barcelona from Miami.

(flight attendant running late- you can’t even make this up.) As a direct result, our bags didn't make it, and we've been in Barcelona for almost 48 hours without them. No communication or updates from you and zero accountability—this is unacceptable for an airline of your size.
