@adamtaggart I transitioned to HIIT sprint training. Better physical results than long distance running and it feels great too!
Go 3 minutes at 80% sprint, then walk 1.5 minutes and repeat. I do 5 intervals.

You retain muscle mass better and HIIT is better for your circulatory system.

@brookeabeyer Tennis needs Alcaraz and Djokovic. Sinner is as boring and uncharismatic as they come. After Djokovic retires, Tennis needs other stars. Alcaraz can’t do it by himself. No doubt lower tv ratings in US Open were b/c Djokovic and Alcaraz lost early. Proof is there.
