i think about the end of the world a lot (big surprise) & a thing that i try to remember is that the world has ended countless times before for so many people & communities. to paraphrase william gibson, the apocalypse is already here; its just unevenly distributed. ceasefire now

When the NYPD kill someone, they get to keep their gun, badge, and job. When a kid rides a dirt bike they get it stolen by the police and it gets destroyed in this weird spectacle
