Keep in mind I took out washed your hair and some of the hair you wanted to reuse and put it back in within 3 1/2 hours but you want an additional discount. Like did you expect me to kick my client out the chair to accommodate you.

Then she’s like well I’m all about fairness and I really started to be like fairness is paying my regular prices. But you know what I did I took off even more money. As soon as she sent it BLOCKED her !! I’m not arguing back and forth you got it I hope it last 😂

She asked if we are still good for the price we discussed I said yes. She said well you know I didn’t get started on my hair til XYZ I said that’s not true and I look at the time my client pays me and like your were in the chair at least 5 mins after she paid

So she gets in my chair I take down her previous install that she just so happened to tell me she still had in just a few hours before her appointment so I’m already low key annoyed. Cause that wasn’t something we dicussed. We finish her hair & then…..

Please keep in mind she was a squeeze in if she would’ve tried to book online it would’ve been impossible. But again she has to wait a good 30-45 mins before I finish my client and typically I tell ppl im running behind but I was super busy and forgot.

Yesterday I had a client who has never payed me full price nor tipped in the 3 years she’s been coming ask for a discount and here’s why.
She gets to her appointment early and I have about 30 mins left on my client before her so of course she had to wait
