First of all the convenience in security/immigration check is unmatched, period.
Combine that with great transit access and Japanese hospitality/cleanliness, they should be right on top.

Domestic Terminal(1/2) closure is a convenience choice. JP govt has flying restriction rules over Tokyo city due to noise pollution.
