Running is weird
It hurts
It mentally tears us apart
Its physically taxing
But we love it

School : we don't have the funds for that

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Cross country-where people line up, start running at the sound of a gun,(& are excited to do so) knowing full well that pain soon follows

[Team Runner For Life @TeamRunner4Life]

Wouldn't it be great to run pain free

I am happily and officially in love with watermelon water. 🍉

Why watch the awards show on TV when you can just go on Twitter instead.
