@UBAGroup Saying I’m disappointed with UBA is an understatement. It took 3 weeks to unfreeze my account, my ATM card was sent to the wrong address, and I’ve been debited without my consent for a card I know not of it whereabout . Customer service has been absolutely unhelpful
