Breakers are just failed OB. And by definition OB takes liquidity.

find 5m low -> high -> lower low
if (5m close above high)
----drop to 1m
----find 1m low -> high -> lower low
----if (1m close above high)

--------SL=1m lower low TP=1RR

opp for sell

@AadiKha97520095 Yes I am observing this for months. Price definitely shows sensitivity around this range repeatedly.
You can try this by yourself too. Draw last 30 day's ranges, expand those ranges into time. And study how price is reacting to those.
