Everyone wants to grow their glutes but avoid the shit that actually stimulates growth. Isolating ur glutes won’t grow ur glutes if ur quads & hammys are under developed. Destroy ur compound movements, lift HEAVY weight, push yourself, cut the soft ass mentality, & fuel ur body.
