My friend booked a parcel today (26/06/2025) but your tracking system shows it was booked and delivered on 10/05/2025, which is not correct. Tracking ID: EU561703823IN.

Hey @JioCare, my service request (SR00002GFRZD) was escalated and again marked as RESOLVED without anyone actually visiting or fixing my issue. This is really frustrating! Please check and send an engineer ASAP.

@JioCare After wasting 30 mins with support, I finally got a NEW service request (SR00002GHNUV) raised for my Jio Fiber issues. My previous requests (SR00002GDAJX & SR00002GFRZD) were marked RESOLVED without a fix or a visit. Is this what we get for trusting Jio? (1/2)

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I scheduled an engineer visit today (Request ID: SR00002GDAJX) for my Jio Fiber as my router keeps having issues. No one showed up at my place during the scheduled 13:00–14:00 slot, and now the app shows the request as RESOLVED. This isn’t fixed!
