Day 30: The last day of my 30 Days Series. Do you know what my biggest learning from these days was?
EVERY SINGLE DAY MATTERS.
No matter how inconsequential your days may seem, they still make a contribution to your journey. Little moments have a lot to teach. Cherish them.
Day 29: Appreciate yourself when you win. Appreciate yourself when you lose. Sometimes we forget to simply be there for ourselves. Treat yourself like you would treat a loved one. You deserve it.
Day 28: Here’s one thing that has helped me tremendously. I changed my mindset from “Why is this happening?” to “Why am I letting this happen to me?”
Take control of your life. It is less about what happens to you and more about how you respond to it.
Day 26: Things, good or bad, don’t happen overnight. Their seeds are sown long before. Whichever seed is nurtured patiently and consistently, grows. Hence, lay good seeds in life. Think positive, be with good people and do good for them. These seeds bring positive growth in life.
Day 25: Don’t underestimate the impact a genuine little conversation can have. It can make someone’s day. Sometimes the beauty of a conversation lies in how it makes one feel, not in the words that are spoken. At the end of the day, thats what people remember.
Day 24: Everyday, slowly incorporate little things in your life that give you joy. Look at them not as things you have to do, but things that are a part of you. Be more of yourself everyday.
And then slowly Happiness becomes a way of life. Not a destination, but a journey.
Day 23: People come and go in life. Even if we want them to stay forever, at times it’s impossible to make them stay. Be thankful for your good experiences with them, and try to learn from the bad ones. All we can do is let go. Sometimes its for the better.
Second, listen to those around you and let them know that you too are there for them when/if they need you. Just this simple statement can make a huge difference for someone.
Always remember to pass on the gifts that you were given by others :)
Day 21: There will be certain parts of you that will be difficult to accept. They usually will be considered “negative”. But they are still YOU. Instead of ignoring them, try to understand and embrace them. Your biggest weaknesses can become your biggest strengths.
Day 20: Healing takes time. We may want to get well as soon as possible, but it can’t be rushed. Give yourself the time and love that you would give to a loved one. You too deserve it.
Day 19: We all carry an immense power to positively influence the lives of those around us. If you can do good, then do it. Do it today. It all adds up in the future. The universe keeps count.
Day 17: Even though air is the essence of a balloon, too much of it can cause the balloon to burst. Similarly, work forms a major part of life. But when overdone, it can have the same effect on us. Don’t forget to take care yourself while working. You hold everything together.
Day 16: An idea is not worth anything without proper action. Your action is still not worth a lot without regular efforts. It just gets you halfway there.
Follow them up with Persistence and Consistency and you’ll get the job done.
Day 15: Your commitment and loyalty to your cause is what matters the most. Ideas are merely means to an end. Loyalty to an idea will make you lose your way if it turns out to be bad. Loyalty to the cause will help you figure out the best paths to accomplish your vision.
Day 14: At the end of each day, take a moment to reflect. Express gratitude for your experiences and make a note of what you learnt from them. This builds awareness of the present. Which in itself is a beautiful present!
Day 13: Sometimes you just have to go for it. Don’t analyse every little detail. Don’t fall prey to that voice of self doubt. Have faith in yourself and your idea. Even if you fail, it will be a step forward than where you are right now!
Day 11: Life has the tendency to become overwhelming at times. Everything feels blank. During such times, take a moment, close your eyes and simply breathe. Deep breaths with complete focus on your breathing pattern. Makes a huge difference.
