That's the condition of Indian Railways at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay junction after paying ₹1000 due to train cancellation further DDU station to Sasaram route in many trains. Also, there isn't any refund or concession on these.

I recently complaint about overcharging with complaint no. 2026030100124 and after complaining around 2-4 staff members came at me to threaten me to return complaint if, I want my overcharged refund. Still I didn't got my refund. @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia

@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva
(About my recent complaint) Some of the staff members came to me and told me to return the complaint and if I didn't, they're not gonna return my overcharged amount back. Such a Poor Service from IRCTC. My PNR is 2944125520.

Marvel (aka Gaurav Tiwari) was diagnosed with ascites — a serious condition involving fluid buildup in the abdomen that needs urgent medical care.
As per his mother, Panacea Hospital, Kanpur did not take his case seriously, which led to this heartbreaking loss.
