@EnsignBusCo was at asda bus stop from 7:04am this morning and not a single 73 opened their doors despite me waving down the drivers… 4 double deckers parked up, the 7:07 bus just left and ignored me, the 7:17 bus didn’t even bother stopping. Booked an uber home instead.
@EnsignBusCo hiya is the 1:21pm 73 from cross keys to tilbury cancelled or delayed by any chance? I’ve been sat here since 1:10pm and the bus has disappeared off of the little screen thing, no timing change or anything stating it’s delayed and the 73 hasn’t gone past me at all?
@EnsignBusCo Hiya since you have scrapped child tickets I have a question, my son is 3 and a half currently but now it’s contactless payments where I tap my card, when he turns 5 how am I supposed to pay for his ticket too? As he will be too young for a bank card…
@UKStopWhinging@bry1050@jomickane That DOES NOT mean I consented to the debt I didn’t know about and to become a single parent did it? Nope. Again circumstances change and I also paid my taxes so why shouldn’t I benefit from the taxes I paid??
@UKStopWhinging@bry1050@jomickane How is something OUT OF MY CONTROL my choice? It was not. However I paid my taxes from the age of 18 until 21, I worked 6 days a week 10 hour shifts before I had my son and during Covid. I was an essential worker but you apparently know more about me than I know myself🤣😭
@UKStopWhinging@bry1050@jomickane Maybe take your username literally and stop whinging yourself? My circumstances changed AND I also had a £3k debt to pay off… many do not milk the tax payer, I know hundreds of people whose circumstances have changed just like mine😁. Welcome to the real world.
@UKStopWhinging@bry1050@jomickane I’m on benefits but I’m also in part time university (open uni) and part time work. I can’t work full time because I have a 3 year old son I’m a single parent to. Only had to go on there because I had to cut my work hours from 40hrs a week to 12hrs a week after maternity…
@JO_xxJO_@Sherlhaa@bry1050@jomickane I meant 2/3? Because apparently typing fast means I make mistakes. But anyway, he decided to just pay because for less than £90 difference it’s not worth it. So no we don’t get completely free vet bills. Just it’s lower to help low income families.
@JO_xxJO_@Sherlhaa@bry1050@jomickane And went blind and had cancer so best thing to do was put him down, even with me being on UC it was still over £100. I don’t get the housing element but we were going to put the dog in my name so I could do it, it was £190 for my father to do it so he decided just to pay 1/3?
@SF_England Sorry to be a pain, it’s now saying on my application I’ve completed all of my actions and still haven’t given my bank details so I’m a little confused now
@SF_England Hiya I have done this and I have also tried using my laptop instead of my phone yet it is still coming up like this, I have tried going straight on my personal details page too, this is my first time in all 6 years of part time student finance it’s asked for my bank details
@EnsignBusCo hiya just so I know in time, the 12:33 73 from tilbury to chadwell is that due to run on time? I think it leaves asda at like 12:27 or something? If not I’ll walk to get the 200 to get my son in nursery
@EnsignBusCo When we questioned before I got off the bus, he said he was told to go down st chads as other people needed feenan too and were confused? 😕 it’s a Monday thing I think🤦♀️ hopefully the rest of the afternoon goes smoother!
@EnsignBusCo where is the 12:33 73 bus going towards lakeside from tilbury? It’s currently 12:40 and no bus in sight still. Thought the new timetable made them more reliable but currently late and it means I’m going to be late getting my son in nursery, meaning late fees…
@EnsignBusCo I did however it went down st chads and I needed to get off at feenan? I’d have walked to get the 200 had I needed st chads road side if I’m honest, I hope nobody is waiting down feenan to go to asda
@EnsignBusCo I managed to get an uber to get my son in on time thankfully. The 73 from chadwell to tilbury, what time will it roughly be here? I know the cross keys stop is suspended so I’ve walked to another bus stop to wait but unsure of timings due to London road roadworks ah
