I introduced Kenson Farms Drinks with one simple mission: to reduce post-harvest losses while giving people healthier, naturally refreshing drinks.
Instead of letting fresh farm produce go to waste during peak harvest seasons, we transform them into value-added drinks like our honey sweetened Sobolo and fresh coconut drinks, preserving their goodness and creating more opportunities for farmers.
Every bottle is more than a drink, it’s a step towards reducing food waste, supporting agriculture and promoting healthier choices.
Kenson Farms – To Feed and Educate.
A few weeks ago, I officially started Kenson Farms Drinks.
Like every new idea, I didn’t know exactly how people would respond, so I prepared a few sample bottles and shared them with people just to test the market.
To my surprise, the very same day I gave out those samples, I started receiving orders. That moment reminded me that when you focus on quality and solve a real problem, people notice.
One thing I wanted to do differently with Kenson Farms Sobolo (Hibiscus Drink) was the sweetener. Instead of using refined sugar like many drinks on the market, I chose honey. It gives the drink a unique natural taste while staying true to what I want Kenson Farms to represent; quality, freshness and more natural ingredients.
But this project is about much more than making drinks.
One of the biggest reasons I started Kenson Farms Drinks is to help reduce post-harvest losses. Too much of our farm produce goes to waste because it isn’t processed in time. By turning fresh agricultural produce into quality beverages, we can add value, reduce waste, support farmers and make nutritious products available to more people.
Another product that has received an amazing response is our Kenson Farms Coconut Water. It’s exactly what it should be; 100% pure coconut water, with no additives, no preservatives and nothing artificial. We simply chill it and serve it fresh. Many people have fallen in love with its natural taste and it has quickly become one of our most requested products.
For now, both Kenson Farms Sobolo and Kenson Farms Coconut Water are available in 300ml bottles and we’re just getting started.
The next product joining the family is Kenson Farms Nutri Milk. I’m excited to share more about it soon.
This is only the beginning of the journey. Thank you to everyone who has tasted, ordered, shared feedback and supported Kenson Farms. Every purchase encourages us to keep building products that add value to Ghana’s agriculture.

At Kenson Farms, we have observed a major challenge facing farmers and the agricultural sector; large quantities of fruits and other farm produce lose value due to post-harvest losses, inadequate storage facilities, limited processing opportunities, market fluctuations and spoilage before they reach consumers.
Many hardworking farmers invest significant time, resources and effort into producing quality fruits, only to experience financial losses because fresh produce has a limited shelf life. We believe this challenge presents an opportunity to create value.
Our mission at Kenson Farms has always been to add value to agricultural produce, reduce waste, extend product shelf life and create sustainable income opportunities for farmers and agribusinesses. This commitment has inspired the launch of Kenson Farms Drinks.
Kenson Farms Drinks is our value addition initiative focused on transforming fresh fruits into refreshing, nutritious and high quality beverages. By processing fruits into juices and other healthy drinks, we help preserve their goodness, prolong their usability, reduce post-harvest losses and make nutritious products available to consumers throughout the year.
Beyond producing beverages, we are contributing to a larger vision of building a stronger agricultural value chain where farmers can earn more from their produce, consumers can enjoy quality fruit based drinks and agricultural waste is significantly reduced.
Every bottle of Kenson Farms Drinks represents our commitment to agriculture, innovation, food preservation and value creation.
At Kenson Farms, we do not simply grow produce, we create solutions that help feed, educate and empower communities.

Today marks another important step for Kenson Farms Agro Logistics.
We have officially equipped our delivery bicycle with a real-time GPS tracker, allowing us to monitor deliveries, track routes and estimate arrival times more efficiently for our customers.
Our bicycle delivery service is now actively operating in Tema and Obuasi, especially for:
1. Short-distance deliveries
2. Areas with poor road access for cars or motorcycles
3. Faster movement within local communities
But beyond logistics, this initiative is also about creating opportunities.
At Kenson Farms, we believe work opportunities should not be limited only to people who can drive cars or ride motorcycles. Through bicycle delivery services, we are creating a pathway for young people to work, earn a living and become part of a growing logistics network.
Sometimes innovation is not about doing the biggest thing; it is about creating practical solutions that solve problems while impacting lives.
This is only the beginning.
Happy Workers’ Day 🌱
