Could someone explain to me how the same people who have been crying for years about how “no one wants to work anymore” believe that “bringing factory jobs back to America” will work to stimulate the economy?
Explain it to me like I’m 5.
i loathe tiny transactional “venmo me $9 for covering lunch” culture
no i’m gonna pay for you this time, you’re gonna pay for me next time, and it’s all gonna come out in the aggregate of our long and storied friendship
Would be willing to bet large sums of money that the Venn diagram of people who don’t stop at the 4way stop in front of my house and people who voted for “law and order” is a circle.
I can tell I’m more comfortable at the gym than I have ever been in my entire life if for no other reason than that I discovered my headphones were dead after I got here, and I didn’t immediately turn around and leave.
Kept forgetting to return a pair of jeans that my MIL got me for Christmas that were a size too small and now they fittttt. Finally the 1 out of 400th time that my forgetfulness benefits!!
Apparently having verizon in middle tn makes my phone basically useless. Full bars of 5G service and I can’t get a map to pull up or an app to load. Cute.
@MirandaBunge I mean and it’s not that I care that much if someone else comes bc I’m sure it’ll shake out guest count wise but I am just like mouth-wide-open baffled that this has been the first wave of responses lol
lol never realized it was normal to just invite people to a wedding/reception you were invited to if you didn’t get a “+1” or “and guest” on the invite but here we are 🙃
@MirandaBunge Absolutely wild. I just would never dream of inviting someone if it wasn’t explicitly listed. Or not at least without ASKING?? I’m just absolutely baffled. I feel like it might be bc people know it’s a reception only and we got married a few months ago? So they figure it’s fine??
