Coaches- we NEED your advocacy in the support staff salary conversation. Support staff are leaving at an alarming rate & your programs/SAs will be impacted. If things dont change, you might end up doing the academic support/sports media & sports med/compliance will be outsourced

🎯 If you ask anyone in the academic support space, the biggest slap in the face is APR bonuses for coaches. Learning specialists and advisors are earning anywhere from 30-60k while a coach gets that as a bonus. Lucky if you can get a gift card from coach as a thank you.
