Hey @FirestoneAuto @Bridgestone, completely shocked by the predatory pricing at your Cartersville, GA location. Billed a grand total of $2,757.99 for front lower control arms and a single CV axle on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade.Charging full, un-bundled independent labor fees for procedures that share the exact same vehicle teardown space feels like double-dipping. $405.99 for an axle part and $576.60 in overlapping labor is way out of line with fair market rates.I've filed a formal corporate complaint and am looking for a fair billing adjustment.
