@Specsavers I had a problem recently on a visit and I just wanted to say that the manager at the Albany Road Cardiff branch has been amazing she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind and thoughtful.

@Specsavers wont use this company again after many years. I was told to pick my glasses up after a week when i got there only one pair arrived then told that second pair would be next day but now could be another week making it two weeks ridiculous

Placed an order and items missing still had no reply.
One item is broken I have followed return instructions and emailed however it says no subject was sent.
