Role: Art installation Production Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Manager with a passion for art, a knack for technology, and a background in interior design or architecture. This position requires an individual who will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through the creation of stunning 3D renders and mockups. In addition to overseeing production activities, you will utilize your expertise in interior design and architecture to ensure that projects are executed with precision and creativity. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in driving project success, while also fostering effective communication and collaboration between the production, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production team in the creation of high-quality murals and large-format artworks, utilizing your background in interior design or architecture to provide guidance and direction.
Utilize advanced visualization techniques, including 3D rendering and other mockup styles, to help clients visualize and conceptualize their projects.
Collaborate closely with clients, sales representatives, and marketing personnel to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in interior design, architecture, and art to continually enhance our offerings and services.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the production team, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with a strong focus on visualizing projects through 3D renders and mockups.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for 3D rendering and visualization, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic flair, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and spatial arrangements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to art installation and production.
