A mental health crisis should never be met with bullets instead of compassion! In April, 19-year-old Jason Marshall-Haynes was reportedly unarmed, naked, and clearly experiencing a mental health episode when Rockdale County officers shot him.

He was posing no threat to officers at the time of the encounter. When you see a young man in crisis, you HELP him — you do not use this level of force against him. We deserve care, dignity, and trained intervention during moments of vulnerability.

We are praying for Jason’s full recovery and demanding transparency and accountability in this deeply troubling case.
