Proud coaching moment last night when these 4 guys hit the court at the same time. They decided, on the fly, to run out of all things, a HC trap set we run. Not an offensive play, but a get in your face, rotate, scramble, communicate, defensive set, in an All-Star game. 🫡

Congrats to Leo Cebrero for being named Honorable Mention and receiving the Sportsmanship award.

Leo didn’t start playing organized basketball until HS and ended up starting on one of the best teams in school history.

Scored 8ppg on 55 FG% and led the team in blks.

Came off the bench, never complained, just worked his butt off. Played as our 6th Man, placed in the Top 6 in votes for all players throughout the CCC.

School record 49% from 3 in league. Highest A/TO, 68 eFG%

KJ led our team in deflections, second in steals, third in rebounds, points, blocks, and A/TO.

Impacted the game for us every night defensively and had his best games against the 2nd and 3rd best teams in our league.

56 FG%, 37 3FG%, 83 FT% in league. Extremely efficient. Coach could never figure out how to get him to shoot more. Best guess was make every team wear an El Cap jersey.
