Ola S1 Pro, High beam light not working, I have been visiting repair centers but they say 'Not in stock' it has been 5 months. They do not reply to messages or pick up call. very poor service. Zero resale price in the market.

Thank you for this prompt service, very much appreciated. However, the question remains,why I had to post on social media to get required support

If you can not provide a reliable service please initiate redund of the paid annual subscription so that I can approach other service provider. This is completely unacceptable.

@bhash Interestingly did not receive a call yesterday. They probably stopped bothering about issues I highlighted finally. Wonderful service, make customer so much annoyed that they stop repeating and then stop attending them. Excellent strategy Ola.
@bhash As expected, I received a call today again same story. I told them please review earlier discussion. The caller mentioned sure and then closed the service request this was 8th call. As I am writing now, I will get a call either today and tomorrow. Ha ha..

Amazon must ensure that the delivery partner gives the correct info to them to investigate. Very unfortunate.

Amazon doing false/fake internal investigation and denying return. I am losing almost Rs. 30000/-. No policy being followed, no grievances email address. Please help
Status in Amazon shows "pickup failed - house locked". I am sharing a photo of the pickup person in my door with my package in front. This kind of false update from courier Delhivery @delhivery@help_delhivery . Last 4 attempts also false update was done without even visiting.
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN@jagograhakjago So far no pickup attempt was made. I am not raising it as an alert because I know I have to wait for 3 days and today is anyway Sunday. But keeping all informed so that tomorrow I do not want to see it as the customer refused. This is just a status update from my side.
