The so-called mainstream media in Telangana has suddenly started discussions on unemployment and government jobs. Where were you when police brutality was unleashed on Group-1 aspirants? Where were you when opportunities meant for marginalized communities were affected through GO29?

Why hasn't TGPSC released the preliminary marks of all Group-1 candidates? Why hasn't TGPSC released the hall ticket numbers of the selected candidates for both the Preliminary and Mains examinations? Why has TGPSC still not filed a counter-affidavit on the gel pen issue in the Group-1 Mains examination?

If the government truly believes that the Group-1 examination was conducted in a fair and transparent manner, what is stopping it from releasing the complete data and answering these questions?

The people of Telangana are watching. Aspirants have not forgotten what happened, and they will exercise their democratic rights accordingly.

@LVReddy73 Sir, it is our humble request to govt to rethink on GO.04 reg.. recruitment of Degree college lecturers, many students didn't have Ph.d.plz conduct written exam as like Appsc did in 2024,as this will be the 1st notification after 2012.

Former Member of Parliament and Telangana Jagruthi President K Kavitha has written to the Chief Justice of India, urging the cancellation of the recently held Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) Group 1 examination process, which violated the Presidential Order under Article 371 D the Constitution. She also called for an independent judicial inquiry into the recruitment process to restore public faith in the system.

Kavitha received numerous representations from aspirants and, to assuage their concerns she pledged her complete support.

She has been continuously engaging with the aspirant community to address their grievances.

A round-table discussion was also held recently, during which aspirants highlighted the irregularities in the Group 1 examination and recruitment process.

We said it even before the Group-1 Mains — those who go against the aspirants and students of Telangana will never return to power in this state.

The way the @INCTelangana Government handled the Group-1 exam — filled with irregularities, injustice and arrogance — has become the biggest reason for its downfall in Telangana.

You tried to tamper with reservations through GO29, made illegal and unilateral appointments and crushed the dreams of thousands of hardworking aspirants.

Group-1 will forever remain the biggest mistake and regret of this Government — a symbol of how betrayal of youth leads to political downfall.

She says, “TGPSC is the lifeline for thousands of Telangana aspirants, many preparing for 8–9 years. Over 5 lakh wrote the prelims and 21,000 the mains for 510 posts—later increased by 66, leading to confusion. There were major discrepancies between prelims and mains hall tickets, and several technical issues throughout the process. Despite the case being sub judice, the CM has distributed jobs, disrespecting the court and undermining constitutional institutions. We demand the government cancel these appointments, reconduct the exam transparently, and ensure justice for the students. Telangana Jagruti stands firmly with them.”
