It is indeed sad to see that inspite of a number of requests as well as personal communications with Edgo carts they have failed to repair my cart and hitches off road for the past one month. No one is bothered. Definitely not a cart to buy with such a poor service.

I had raised a request for shifting which inspite of the technician confirming that he will cm in an hour has not turned up the whole day, that too in a city like Mumbai.
Over and above that the customer care girl was very rude. Pl look into it.
