💥Zero punishment to the pet animal.

I totally agree with the pet owners' sentiments that Humans are more dangerous than the pet animals.

So the punishment should ONLY be to the pet parents.

The human owners are messing with the animal as well as other innocent citizens.

💥There should be 5 years jail for the pet owner if their pet animal bites any innocent citizens.

More than 100 cases a year should result into a blanket 20% cut on the salary of the municipal corporation staff responsible for handling animal menace.
