@RacoonCals @malvickdemeke @mattysnowpuff It is unrealistic, unless he's some underground competitive eater idk lol no one can eat 200k cals in one day
@seaurchin2003@LCarringto41003@gyurexic that's why ppl say to stop commenting on their bodies. we shld point out and talk abt the trend that the standard and trend of wanting to be smaller, but it shouldn't come at the cost of dissecting actual people and their bodies when a little empathy for wtv personal situation
@AlexAether1@starveinstyle I mean in this case she was talking to her bf, there's 0 context she couldve been joking or wtv, i think it's weirder that this woman was so ticked off by a passing convo that she had to make a vid abt it and post it for everyone else to share the sentiment
@Nianmooon@rowanor3xic the point is that it's not difficult to track calories, or if there is no nutritional food info to estimate cals yourself. once u've tracked enough food w nutritional info / looked at cal counts for portions of certain meals it's pretty intuitive. and yes it's not that accurate
@jihyouaa i agree w ur point except thigh gap is not rlly a good indicator if someone is underweight, a normal weight, or overweight. your bone structure determines if you have one or not. you could be underweight and still not have one, or uw and due to fat storage genetics not have one
@YurIParis2_22@rudyontwt@LainofShedtwt imo is worse bc u dont wanna accept it as regular fat tissue, u'd rather see it as something it's not to accept its existence on ur body
@YurIParis2_22@rudyontwt@LainofShedtwt gen why is it so bad to admit that it's just fat tissue? the person i was replying to was justifying healthy fat storage w/ uterus in order to accept it, which
@toky0ghou1@rudyontwt@LainofShedtwt i dont think there being fat tissue is a bad thing? fat storage in that area is normal and is slowest to come off during weight loss. u're the one projecting ur ideas of fat as negative? it's an objective fact that your organs or uterus simply wont be that close to the surface
@rudyontwt@LainofShedtwt it's fat .. depending on food volume, bloating and ofc organs it might push out that bit more but your organs alone won't have ur stomach protruding out like that
@choconekos@idbA_1 @savellasdiary heavy lifting doesnt burn many cals i think it's if u have more lean muscle mass (from lifting) that increases ur bmr slightly, as ur body has to use more energy to maintain the muscle mass
@unicornwhisperd im not sure how long you've been at 900 for but for 2k maintenance your deficit is too large and it's putting stress on ur body which -> holds onto water weight (plus it's a normal part of wl). biologically u are in a solid deficit, the scale will take time to reflect that tho
@unicornwhisperd have u consistently been dropping at 1lb a week or is it just this one week? for eating under 900, your body might just be holding onto water weight thinking you'll replenish energy stores soon. have u calculated ur maintenance tdee etc?
