@dollarsanddata Great post! Would love if you covered strategies when cashing out, like liquidating index funds for a down payment but you have many months to do it. IIRC one strategy was to sell constant # of shares... 10% of # of shares monthly over 10 mths or 20% shares monthly over 5 mths
