#2 Hip thrusts π₯ can be done on smith machine or with a barbell! For beginners I recommend the smith machine because itβs more stable + you can perfect the movement before moving on to barbell hip thrusts
#3 Glute focus hyperextensions, the burn is π₯ I point my toes out and round my back at the top of the movement. The only thing bringing you back up should be your glutes!
