For we that don’t wear pants I am sure we have period pants?
We can always use our panty liners when we are at home, when going out, our small bottle of femfresh is fine(water is absolutely fine if we can’t afford these things ok?) pour enough water on it.
Take enough water, try to take yogurts too.(that’s if you can afford it please, if you can’t water is fine,lot of it)
