I selected to receive a refund to my payment method for my return NOT store credit. I then received an email saying you had received my return and that the refund amount would be £*** with £0 of store credit. I received an email 2 hours later saying £*** store credit & £0 refund!

@PLTHelpHub I'm appalled at your customer service. I've tried to explain the issue and I'm being gaslit by every agent. They are just not listening. I'm furious.
