First time flying @British_Airways and can’t believe this is considered the “premier” flight provider for the UK. Ridiculous and a rubbish start to our holiday losing the entire first day.

@British_Airways booked us on a Edin-Heathrow flight that would never have allowed us to make our connection to JFK & now have a 5 hour wait and no seats together on the next available flight. Never should have happened!
