I did this when I worked for a call center. I was scheduled 9-5:30. 5 o’clock I was taking lunch. When I worked for a hotel I couldn’t because I was scheduled 8-4 so leaving at 3:30 would leave them short handed at check-in.

If I work from 9-5 with a 1 hour lunch, why can’t I take my lunch at 4pm and leave an hour early?
