@Propxchain You're right about the gap. That stretch where someone's committed money and still can't get a straight answer on progress is a grim place to be.
@emmafildes Build-to-comply is a good way to put it. The delivery rider restriction is the one that stands out, since that's a landlord deciding who gets to come to your door.
@NatMortgageNews Eggers is right. Getting ours to answer was the quick part. Getting it to say 'I don't know' instead of guessing is where the real cost turned up.
