Jobs don’t get it ... being SCHEDULED to work & VOLUNTEERING to work on a day you were already scheduled to be off are two different things.... if I’m scheduled to work on a Saturday then imma work . But if you ask me if I could come in on a Saturday that I’m off .... No ma’am.
