@Alicia_Draus I see no reasons to reduce or freeze rents now. I'm more than willing to wait for a few weeks until it's all sorted out and people start receiving their EI or these new benefits, but I truly hope my tenants will be using this extra money to pay their bills and not to buy booze.

@Alicia_Draus The federal government announced a special benefit to be paid to all employees who lost their job due to COVID-19, up to $2000/month. It should be more than enough to cover their rents unless they are renting a luxury condo in downtown Halifax.
