Jesus hasn’t crawled back in the tomb today. He’s alive, awake, aware & at work. He’s the Son of God seated at the right hand of Power, far above all rule & authority. Nothing in all existence is out from under His feet. We can get up every Monday because He got up that 1 Sunday.

A few things about Christlike manhood: It is fierce enough to fight for women. Bold enough to want a woman in Bible class. Safe enough to be alone with a woman. Muscular enough to scatter a crowd of men ready to stone a sinful woman. Brazen enough to send a woman with good news.

Wait with expectancy. Wait as a watchman on a wall, certain He’ll show, not knowing when but knowing He will. This Advent season is about waiting. Nothing is more relevant in a culture conditioned to click & get.
Faster is not better.
WAIT.
WATCH.
SEE.
