So....it's amazing to receive your new TV from @currys and it's smashed to pieces in the box. Trying to get through to the helpline, and I have already wasted an hour on hold!! This is a company that specialises in electrical and they deliver them smashed! 😑

@clarkshelp Fabulous. They are Clark’s brand shoes - so whilst I will go through the retailer, I would quite like to understand how these shoes can disintegrate after 5 weeks of wear. They are usually well known for being hard wearing and trusting shoes!!
