@virginmedia Yes: no WiFi. It went off in the middle on the thunderstorm Wednesday night/early Thursday morning & has not reconnected. Online it’s saying a hub connection issue, but I know it went off with the storm…

This is incredibly irritating @virginmedia! Can’t get rid of the message! I know the WiFi isn’t working! It’s NOT a hub issue! Something must have happened in the area during the storm, since it went off during the night. But why can’t I get the message off the tv?!

@virginmedia I managed to get it off an hour ago, but is there a way to purposefully get rid of f the message covering the whole screen please? (I turned the WiFi hub off entirely & then, after a while of asking me to connect to WiFi and a different message I was able to get rid of messages.)
