@theheraldsun The only problem is she isn't sharing the full story. She had what is commonly reffered to a pre-cancer not cancer and it was likely the lumpectomy that ensured it didn't develop into cancer.

@newmrpford @morningshowon7 Thankyou for the well wishes. It's a highly emotional thing to go through and to be honest only women who have had the awful cancer news knows what if feels like so I don't judge how others choose to handle their treatment. Just wish them well.

@newmrpford @morningshowon7 I am NED....no evidence of disease, but it was a difficult road of treatment during the covid lockdowns in Melbourne. I still have a year to go before I can say I beat it and have now had to start a go fund me to get a breast reconstruction because of the waitlist and gap fees :(

@MaiaDunphy As a breast cancer survivor of triple negative breast cancer, so far 4 years later I can say the lumpectomy, chemo, double mastectomy and radiotherapy worked for me BUT unless you are in her shoes you don't know why she made the choice she did. Also, these treatments are HELL!
