@Cash4Questions They also organise the list by UK nation too. So Cardiff University (*never* University of Cardiff, by the way) is really close to the bottom because it's in Wales. I'm sure there's an Only Connect question/answer in this schematic somewhere.

@SimonRKerridge @AnnaMGrey And if going down that line, it would be in keeping with last REF to consider a significant responsibility for... exercise of some sort. Maybe. Managers do like a process to reassure themselves that rules are being applied, after all.
