I used to buy those cheap sunglasses from the roadside all the time and always thought, "What's the point of buying expensive ones? I'm going to loose them anyway." Then one day, I gathered the courage and bought an expensive sunglasses. And guess what? I still have them. I've taken care of them ever since.
That's when I realized those cheap sunglasses weren't getting lost because they were cheap? They were getting lost because I didn't value them enough to care. It's hard to accept, but sometimes in someone else's story, you are that cheap pair of sunglasses.
Stop blaming your skin. You are just using products in the wrong order:
1. Sunscreen - Always last step every morning, zero exceptions ever
2. Retinol - Night only, sunlight breaks it down and causes damage
3. Vitamin C - Morning only before SPF, never mix with retinol directly
4. Hyaluronic acid - Always on damp skin, dry skin makes it pull moisture out
5. Niacinamide - Never layer directly with Vitamin C, cancels both out
6. AHA BHA - Maximum 3 times weekly, daily use destroys your skin barrier
7. Face oil - Always absolute last step at night, never before serums
8. Eye cream - Always before moisturiser, after it cannot penetrate at all
9. Toner - Immediately after cleansing while skin is still slightly damp
10. Sheet mask - Evening only when skin naturally repairs and rebuilds itself
11. Peptides - Never mix with AHA BHA acids, completely deactivates both
12. Moisturiser - Always before SPF, after it blocks full absorption completely
13. Benzoyl peroxide - Never with retinol, oxidises and destroys it instantly
14. Exfoliant - Never after a facial or waxing, skin is too raw and sensitive
15. Serum - Always before moisturiser, thick products block thin ones out
This woman is 94.
But has the body of a 60 year old.
She holds a Guinness World Record for the longest modeling career in history. And she did it with no strict diets or expensive biohacking protocols.
Let's break down her 9 anti-aging habits:
1. Wearing sunscreen every day
You have a car and you also bought a car for your wife.
Your brother doesn't have a car, neither does his wife.
Your kids go to good schools, and their school fees are paid on time.
Your brother is struggling to pay the school fees of his children.
And you think deep down, your brother is happy with you?
It's not your making that you're better than he is.
But he's your blood brother, & you don't know what his wife tells him in secret.
Every help that you render to them, would be seen more as an entitlement, than gratitude.
No one likes to beg.
If you don't protect what you have, & see your help as kindness, rather than a leverage or debt, don't be surprised if he silently celebrates your downfall.
End.
Can someone please recommend a Netflix show that’s actually addictive, the kind that makes people stay up all night and finish season one in one sitting?
