On the 26th September 2022 @British_Airways overcharged my card without consent (from a booking made on the 26th August), promised 21 days to process a rightful refund, told another 7-14 days. 30th November, they try to refrain from using timescales. Day 112 and still no refund.

Wondering if I'll get my refund this year @British_Airways? Becoming a bit of a joke now 👍 nice to know you process refunds quickly (as per your website and refunds policy) also, well received that you don't care about customers. Lies after Lies.

Genuinely so shocked at the service provided by @British_Airways STILL no refund of nearly £600 after my card being overcharged without my consent. Initially told 21 days, 7-14 days, time and time again. Day 60 and still nothing. Any advice? @Flight_Refunds @timestravel @TravDr

You would have thought that after all the issues @British_Airways has caused with my booking to Thailand (over charging my card being one), they would at least refund the amount ASAP. Told 30 days and as of 35...nothing. Well played once again 👏 SHOCKING customer service.

@British_Airways 3 weeks ago I booked online!! Still no confirmation of flight tickets or payment being taken? Being told as flight isn't imminent I am waiting in a queue with no definitive date or when I will receive my flight booking. Absolutely shocking.
